Terms and Conditions

By purchasing coaching services with Jayde Hanna, you agree to the following terms:

1. Coaching Services Disclaimer
Coaching services provided by Jayde Hanna are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. Coaching is not a substitute for psychological therapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, medical, financial, or legal advice. Jayde Hanna is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. If professional support is required, clients are responsible for seeking assistance from a qualified provider.

2. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without the client’s written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others. Clients must provide an emergency contact to be used only in urgent situations where immediate intervention is necessary.

3. Sessions and Support
Clients are entitled to 8 x 60-minute coaching sessions (individual or couples) via Zoom, to be used within 16 weeks of the first session. Clients also have access to text and email support between sessions.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited. Clients may reschedule a maximum of two sessions during the program.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited without the option for rescheduling or refund.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions punctually.

  • Actively participate and complete any assigned exercises.

  • Communicate openly and take responsibility for their progress.

  • Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Ensure timely payment for services.
    Failure to comply may result in forfeited sessions or restricted access to services.

5. Fees and Payment
The total cost payable for coaching services is as reflected at the time of purchase at checkout.
Payment must be made in accordance with the terms selected at checkout, whether paid in full or via an agreed payment plan.
All payments are required in Australian Dollars (AUD).
The Coach reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clients have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a full refund, provided that coaching services have not commenced. If any session, support, or coaching material has been delivered or accessed during the cooling-off period, the client is no longer eligible for a refund.

After the 7-day cooling-off period:

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or early termination.

  • The client remains liable for full payment unless an early termination is agreed upon by the Coach, in which case a $500 termination fee will apply.

  • Requests for financial hardship accommodations must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation and are granted solely at the Coach’s discretion.

  • The Coach is under no obligation to approve hardship requests and may require a formal payment plan agreement.

Clients retain all rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7. Dispute Resolution
Clients agree to raise any disputes or concerns in writing to hello@jaydehanna.com before pursuing external remedies.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without following this dispute resolution process, the Coach reserves the right to pursue recovery of fees, including administrative and legal costs.
In the event of an unresolved dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation with a neutral third party before proceeding to legal action.

8. Waiver of Liability and Indemnity
Clients acknowledge that their success depends on their own participation, actions, and efforts.
The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of coaching services.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Coach harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or use of coaching services.

9. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, tools, exercises, and resources remain the intellectual property of Jayde Hanna.
Clients receive a personal-use-only licence. Materials may not be shared, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written consent.

10. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, government restrictions, or serious illness.
Efforts will be made to reschedule affected sessions.

11. Acknowledgement
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
You understand that you are entering into a legally binding agreement and that once services commence, you forfeit the right to claim a refund under the cooling-off period.
